Last gasp of the Colorado & Southern/Fort Worth & Denver Texas Zephyr, here back with its original equipment, which was replaced by the original 1936 Denver Zephyr articulated train in 1957. When the ex-DZ train was retired in the last year or so of operation, the original 1940 TZ equipment was used again. Some of the TZ and DZ cars went to Saudi Arabia, apparently still there. Can't see the name, but I think this is the Silver Bowl, now derelict on former CRI&P abandoned trackage east of Colorado Springs.
