I have another vendor question.. . . I am looking for a vendor that produces the metal wear plates for the pedistals on passenger cars. I have two different sizes (5.75 in and 7.5 in ) Also looking for any material specs that are tried and true. I know that many have maganese in them. Thanks in advance!! Ryan Scott |

I believe that Angeles steel in santa Fe springs calif can fab pedestal liners of a correct material. SF Springs is in the Los Angeles basin |

Send me drawings of what you need Ryan, I should be able to supply the liners in 11% - 14% Manganese steel, formed and cut to your requirements. Robert Yuill www.historicmachineryservices.com |
