Previously threatened with demolition, it appears this Vancouver Island CP roundhouse (the most complete in Canada) is getting some repairs. This from the RoundhouseMuseumProject group:

Herzog, the contractor for servicing the Via Rail Buddars, has paid to have the interior walls stripped of the old lead paint, and had a fresh coat of latex white & black, applied, looks, really nice.
Although the roof has been fixed, the walls in stalls 1 thru 9 have not been painted in those sections.
Plans later are to cleanup the yard of debris and weeds.

Cheers,Glenn

There's a little more to this story. CP had to pay for a large portion of the repairs. The city of Victoria sued them to force them to do it.
