I am working on a streetcar at the Illinois Railway Museum which was originally fitted with an air compressor known as an R-10. This car was a prototype built in 1934 completely out of aluminum, and many parts were one-of-a-kind. Any help would be appreciated - especially info on where we could acquire one. I know who to ask. But, he is not on the web.
Some of your people at IRM know who he is. Ask Nick K. to contact the air brake expert out west.
