Just got this via e-mail from a friend. The FWRHS is auctioning off a tire from the NKP 765. All of the tires have been replaced during the current restoration, which is moving along nicely.

Think about the amount of miles on this tire and where it has been while under one of the most famous excursion locomotives of our time. The amount of people that have been for a ride behind it and the amount of pictures taken of it.
This auction is to help aid in the rebuild of the 765 so let's show the FWRHS some support and bid on this tire. Not sure if it would be good for hanging on the wall, but it certainly would be a heck of a conversation piece.
