Apparently a 1957 NRHS excursion. I think the folks in Connecticut have one of these locomotives, which went to the New Haven after the Virginian dieselized.

Bob, There are two of these beasts preserved. Another one (135, I think) is in Virginian colors a couple of miles from me at the Virginia Museum of Transportation.

The big E-33 electrics were constantly hauling freight down to the Bay Ridge carfloats of te Long Island Rail Road. They were the heaviest locomotives to operate on LIRR rails and often cause derailments. Still, they were a significant piece of operating power in the NYC area. I am really glad to know that two have been preserved. The best part of this is that one exists in VGN color and one in NH.

The one in CT is still a rather shabby CR 4601; it won't be back to NH 300 for a while, as we have a few other things to do first. It sure is big: even with the transformer removed (done by GE before it was sent east), it weighs 341,000 lbs. Back in the day, they weighed over 392,000 ready to go. And no, we're not going to run it.
