Can anyone provide background on the history of Roanoke Railway 51, the Brill Master Unit body now at Seashore? Frank Hicks database notes that Seashore acquired the body in the early 1990s, but from where? IS this the car that was owned by the late Randy Kean?

Thanks.

Wesley

Seashore acquired the car as a body; it may have been used as a house, but whatever its former use I believe it was sitting on the ground when they bought it. I don't know exactly where that was, though, and I don't have Seashore's very nice collection history book handy.
