Somehow I just don't see the Chinese Government's rationale behind the push for diesels. They believe that the elimination of steam by the 2008 Olympics will make them look like a progressive country. OK try this on for size instead..."We have the manpower, the natural resources and the experience to make steam propulsion in our country a reality without resorting to dependance on middle east oil"
