Not really preservation, but interesting TV-video footage of the 1973 explosions in the Roseville, California railyard, when a burning tank car set off several boxcars full of bombs. Good rebuttal to the National Carriers Conference Committee, which says railroading is one of the safest occupations in the world. http://www.news10.net/50th/video-70-80s.htm |
