It was announced this Morning that Union Pacific will assume all Amtrak operations in California (This is true). A statement put out by the Railroad further stated that dramatic changes to service are forthcoming as they have decided to return to service numerous City trains, complete with A-B-B-A E8s & E9s converted to HEP that have been stored inside Cheyenne Mountain since 1971. |
