Good morning;

The agenda has been received for the RFTA Board meeting this coming
Thursday, April 14.
Iowa Pacific Holdings was the only respondent to the RFP issued by
RFTA staff and will be
discussed at this meeting. Comments by the consultants hired by RFTA
are attached to the
agenda and are generally negative; if you want to see the full
agenda, email me back and I
will send it.

IMPORTANT: if you can possibly manage it, please attend the RFTA
Board meeting, 8:30 am
at Carbondale Town Hall. Carpooling is available and encouraged: call 928-8721.

THIS MAY BE THE LAST HURRAH for our Aspen Branch rails, so please
make every effort
to attend the meeting.
