Since someone ELSE reposted the whole article at TrainOrders, and the Bradford Era website' article has a preciously short half-life, here we go: http://www.trainorders.com/discussion/read.php?10,904447 Long story too condensed: The K&K continued to pay leases and other expenses related to the RR's access of the bridge for a time when the bridge was off limits to the railroad and its passengers. It sounds like, in violation of the spirit of the national pastime of litigation, the K&K may just have a point or two................ |
