From the V&T Modelers list, here is a chance for area historians to get involved in how the rebuilt Virginia & Truckee project turns out:

The Northern Nevada Railway Foundation is accepting applications for
interested parties to become a Trustee (Board Member). The applicant
would have to be able to attend the meeting of the Board which are
held on the 3rd Wednesday of each month at the Foundation's office in
Carson City. The meetings start at 8:30 am and are usually over by
10:30 am.
