In the Philippines. Still working in this undated photo. Is it still operating?

Although my Surviving World Steam Locomotive CD-ROM also has an in-service picture, my understanding is that is on display at Lopez Sugar Central Mill, Sagay, Negros.

The last two locations in the Philippines that had working steam was the Central Azucarera De La Carlota, La Carlota, Negros; and Hawaii Philippines Sugar Co., Silay, Negros. The former's locomotives mostly looked like battered wrecks; while the latter were keep in fine shape to the end. Several HP were recently sold.
