Confirmed.

Train Q343 should have the MARC 92 and 91 coupled behind the UP motive power headed west to Cumberland as I type. Train was delayed from departure from Locust Point in Baltimore by the usual CSX problems. This train is NOT a manifest; I expect it will head west via New Castle PA, Willard OH, and Garrett IN by slow trains.

I can verify that those locos are in VERY rough shape after nearly ten years of open storage, but I've seen worse.
