Good news the State of Pennsylvania has aproved the project for sometime this summer.

Here is a part of the leter that was sent to me.

Dear Leonard:
In follow-up to our conversation and correspondence, I am writing to confirm permission for you to hold your diving operations in the Dyers Quarry Lake area of the park at French Creek State.

Len: Great news. Even if the locomotive is not in the quarry, we'll have a definitive answer. Going aboutthe search through the proper channels was smart thing to do, too. Let us know when a date is confirmed for the operations.
