What happened at Jim Thorpe

I've lost track of the recent debacle at Jim Thorpe, PA, where there was talk of scrapping cars and track, etc, etc.. What is the latest from there?

Not sure but the replacement operation starts up in a few weeks, the rolling stock is at Port Clinton now, looks ready to go-

Bob, as of a few weeks ago, the Reading and Northern RR was still negotiating with the Lackawanna Chapter of the R&LHS regarding the one track that was owned by George Hart.

AFAIK, nothing has been scrapped, but some of the older equipment will most likely have to be moved sometime this year.

What has (or will) become of the Rail Tours equipment? Specifically wondering about the dozen or so Reading commuter coaches and CP #1098.
