There's a lot of people working very hard to look at the future of this railroad, assess the actual physical condition, and increase ridership. Worrying about the disposition of the equipment is very, very premature.

The railroad is operating this year, and it really does make a difference on the level of support it receives from the public, enthusiasts, etc. during THIS SEASON. Visitation talks. Alter your visitation plans to Cumberland - that speaks volumes. Enjoy the railroad, be counted, and make sure the businesses, lodging, etc. that you come in contact with during your visit to the area know WHY your are there. Silence is not Golden, not this year!
