Post subject:  Thank You!

I'd just like to say thanks to everyone who makes this website go. Hume,Bob,Eric and others whom I'm shamefully unaware.
This website is the closest thing to the old Locomotive And Railway Preservation magazine that has ever come up. L&RP was a catalyst for many preservation minded individuals, including me. How many stories or projects have we seen and discussed both in L&rp and later here? The answer is MANY. Thanks to you all for continuing the preservation movement. Its what keeps me coming back again and again. This is one of the first site I check each time I surf the web. I can't help myself,it's all so interesting to me!
Nowadays,I'm employed full time at the Conway Scenic Railroad. I have been a member of four other Historical oriented museums, and each day I thank heaven that former preservationists have saved the artifacts which make up my workday. Without their effort I would not be in their ranks at all. The editors and friends of this website are among them in my eyes. Thanks guys. You make it happen!

I'm sure I speak for Bob and Hume when I say its our pleasure Brian. And thank you, and everyone who reads and contributes, for making RyPN the high-quality conversation it is. It's the readers who make the site; we just kinda serve as the dispatchers/MOW crew.

I would very much endorse BrianÂ’s thank-you! IÂ’ve just recently discovered this discussion site and find it extremely interesting and very easy to navigate. My first attempt to participate consisted of a question about the D&SNG in Colorado, and it was answered by several contributors in a matter of hours. So my thank-you certainly extends to all who offer their input in whatever way!
