MNCR 2021 an nee-NYNH&H, FL-9 was recently placed on display at a children's hospital in New York. Follow the link below. (note, I found this via a link on Trainorders.com)

I would presume that this is just a carbody, minus electrical and mechanical equipment, which kids could get hurt on. Does anyone know for sure? I think it is a neat idea, and being inside, the carbody will stay in good condition.

Yes, the carbody is indeed empty. Doing that also made the thing lighter for the road haul.
