We will ask a PE do our calculations. Something to do with some key individual (me) being a mathophobe. (Although I dont want you to think I don't already know the answers or how they are arrived at.) Lets face it folks, if you are doing any boiler work you need to establish your design point in terms of MAWP as you are doing the work, not at Form 4 time. Your Form 4 num is the end result, not the SOW for restoration, etc.

There are ambiguities in the process that can be explained by a pragmatic guide to establishing your final calcs, but they don't make your sheets thicker or place your butt any further from the backhead.
