Looks interesting. At the Kentucky Railway Museum, we have one of the four-wheeled variety that came from the Kentucky and Tennessee Railroad. The company doctor evidently used it to travel to some of the more remote areas on the line in case of an accident. I had the dubious honor of testing it when we were moving it from our old museum building to the new one. It was really neat until I discovered that it didn't have any brakes, which I discovered after I got underway. Likewise, I put it up, and I never want to touch it again.
