Sorry gang, but 7470 failed it's FRA hydro test again. Problems from leaking washout plugs again and a couple other small water leaks around a few rivits and 3 staybolt weepholes . The plugs didn't leak last time untill the Inspector made us take them out. We reinstalled them,and then they leaked.Good news is that the CSRRs new operations manager Paul Hallett is already attempting to contract out the needed repairs ASAP. So it's possible that 7470 could operate this year...just a bit late.Brian Hebert
