She has been moved from her old bearth in Philadelphia to Camden, NJ. This was a needed move because she was racking up dock fees for her previous owner at her old location, and doing so has bought her some more time. She is now sitting with her nose in the mud next to a derelict pier. I will let Harry's own words take it from here:"... the pier is a very old pier, the bow of the ferry is currently on a mud flat, the stern floating. the pier is no longer used because of the shallow water and has been in disrepair for years. It would not support a crane and it is covered with dirt and overgrown with weeds. we can get a crane barge in there, something with about a 5 to 7 foot draft. we also have a reach of about 35 feet from the side of the ferry to the engine room hatch area that is bieng cut out. we have another company that has lent us a barge to put the engine on so it can be moved back to philly where a land based crane(donated) will place it onshore. Unfortunately we can't get the land based crane no where near the ferry because of this bad location, so a crane barge is the only way to accomplish this project."... We cannot find anyone willing to DONATE one, as it sits right now we have to come up with about $15,000 to aquire one.
