The article does not mention the proposed Puhi Cane Train (Lihu'e, HI) due to begin tourist service in 2007. Is construction underway?Sloan

The locomotives are on the mainland awaiting restoration (see "Hawaiian-Phillipine locomotive thread), but I haven't heard of actual construction on the property itself yet. I hear it's essentially a 2.5-mile "figure 8" on the Kilohana Plantation.
