Formal tours of the new carbarn and collection inside at the PA trolley museum are offered every operating day (according to their web site) as part of the 1:30 trolley trip. I took this public tour two weeks ago and was very impressed by the building, the collection that had been "bagged" for years, and the tour presentation.Pete Schmidt
