How does Steamtown service and wash their operating steam locomotives? Since this is a NPS site, I assume that they have very strict rules concerning solvents and oils that hit the ground as soon as the locomotives are washed. Do they wash everything in a off site location that has separators?

Thanks,

From what I saw the loco's get washed in the roundhouse. They were using a bio-degradable soap and oil that does not get broken down by the soap is caught in the oil/water separator.
