The 4960 and 5632, early 1960s, sometime after the 4960 rear-ended a passenger train in Wyoming and got a new, higher headlight bracket. May 17, 1964. 5632 ran Chicago-Mendota-Denrock-Galesburg and then doubleheaded back to Chicago on the mainline with 4960. I never have been able to get a good answer on the disposition of the C&S canteen tender. Maybe someone over on the BRHS site has more information about where it ended up.Don C.
