I see this same discussion topic on various message boards about every three months - and there have been several over the lifetime of this board as well. I think the solution to developing a list of sites (both extant and closed) is to make an interactive database where individuals could list their information and where these older discussions could be harvested for information. Does anyone on this list have the requisite skills and interest in helping with such an endavour?Tom Cornillie
