And while the salary isn't huge, cost of living in Spencer and Salisbury is relatively low, and state benefits are pretty good. Besides, the museum is a vital success story and the communities are very old and colorful - when Daniel Boone left to become a Mountain Man, it was Salisbury he left from, and because the sheriff was after him for bad debts. Nice job for somebody commited to the industry wanting a good place to work.dave |
