The RMNE was restoreing a ex New Haven FA ,,,,was ever happened to this project that they started,,in Old Saybrook,CT,,,,down at the yard where they kept,,,,there equipment,,,,,is this project,,,a dead,,,or,,,ongoing,,,,,issue??????What process has been made on her????the last time i saw her,,,,she still had the plywood,,,side panel's on her,,,could i please have and update,,,,thank you,,Pat |

The workscope planned for the 0401 at the current location has been completed. So, the locomotive is awaiting the following:a) movement to a new location within the state of CT.b) inside storage at a building at the previously mentioned new location.c) a commitment from the organization to completely fund the project.d) the sourcing and dedication of resources to effect completion. As there are a number of items previously scheduled for shoptime-the answer to the question 'when' cannot even be guestimated. In any event, watch the "Articles" portion of this board for some additional information. Dave K |
