Have not heard yet which locomotive the North Carolina Transportation Museum will send to Great Smoky Mountain RR's rail festival at Bryson City. |

From the brochure, it doesn't appear NCTM is sending an engine this year. Flagg Coal 75 from the Steam Railroading Institute (aka operators of PM 1225) will be there however. I noticed that the two-foot gage train that Dess Oliver of Rabun Gap, GA built several years ago will be running at the festival. Where have they built two-foot gage track and how long will the ride be? |
