Progressive Railroading reports that the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power is selling their portion of the NNRy from McGill Jct. to Cobre, NV.

I know that the NNRy Museum was hoping to purchase the line at some point, but their financial ability to do so within the next few months is unclear to me. Regardless, it will have an impact on their operations and future.
