Dear god..........I remember that thing being a rusty source of spares (along with a couple ex-Montpelier & Barre 70-tonners) behind the Claremont enginehouse in 1985--20 years ago!!!!! I presume it survived the many junk cleanups and was restored to service after the enginehouse fire a few years ago took out the other 44-tonners out of service. What an utter delight to see her in service!Now if the old gas-electric car body had only survived as well.........
