I didn't read this, but it appears that the last operator of the Twin State RR may be seeking to salvage track materials he does not own. The Twin State is the northern section of the old Maine Central Mountain Division, out of St. Johnsbury, Vermont. He is probably still being paid by the state for services he hasn't rendered in years.
