OH! Great shot but only if it were in colour! Garter blue right? I think "Bittern" might be steaming later this year, or early the next. As Sir Nigel is the only operable engine to carry LNER livery in preservation besides Mallard, I've been hoping to see an A4 in original condition with side valances. Thank heavens LNER didn't defrock the A4s as the LMS did with their Duchesses/Princess Coronations/ etc.Joshua
