In 1950s operation (perhaps an excursion?). Wasn't this one of the Spence engines that got scrapped? Was it cut up in NY State or did it get to Louisiana?http://abpr.railfan.net/abprphoto.cgi?february04/02-15-04/nkp01.jpg

Yes, it was one of the Spence engines, an I don't think it ever got to Louisiana.
