Never say "never", but I doubt it.Note that the photo caption says "US Safe Harbor". I've never heard of the Pennsylvania Power & Light (PP&L) plant at Safe Harbor, Pa. being referred to as "US Safe Harbor". Furthermore, there would have been no need for PP&L to have more than one Plymouth at that plant, and from other PP&L plants I've seen they didn't number locos in a systemwide-fashion, but only for in-plant use. I know that when the Strasburg Plymouth #2 arrived at Strasburg, it was in a blank, numberless green dip paint job. |

That out of focus bridge in the far right background is almost certainly the low grade bridge at Safe Harbor. |

According to information compiled by Kurt Bell, Plymouth #2 was built in 1930 for the Safe Water and Power Corp. as E-126. It was acquired by Strasburg in 1984. |
