Post subject:  A bit more information.

From the Rock Island Technical Society list:It appears from the number stencilled on the near truck to be RI MOW car 96327. If so, it is, according to some old notes from Bob Wayner, ex-Pullman (note the A on the letterboard) Tourist Car 2377. All things considered, it is in surprisingly good shape for 25 years after the RI shut down and more than 50 years since the RI bought it from Pullman and who knows how long since it was built by Pullman, maybe 80 years?
