On behalf of the Tennessee Valley Railroad Museum, I would like to thank everyone who attended this year's TRAIN conference. I would also like to thank the 28 sponsors and vendors who helped support the conference. A successful conference depends upon the support of our industry's sponsors and vendors.I would also like to give a big thanks to the presenters. The seminars are the heart of the conference. The men and women who make these presentations do so out of their love of our industry or what they do. None of them receive any compensation and most of them have to create their presentations on their own time with little or no time to polish them. The best part is that all of them were grateful for the opportunity to share their knowledge and experience with the rest of the us.I can not close this posting without thanking my friend John Craft for his tribute to Jim Bistline. It truly put the finishing touch on the conference. Finally, let me add that it was a great pleasure to have all 183 of you in Chattanooga. Perhaps sometime down the track we can do it again.Y'all come back now, ya hear? |

Mark, we are the ones who should thank you, and everyone at TVRM for all the hard work you did to put on a superb show. And it's obvious that everyone at TVRM works hard to make sure ALL your operations are first class. Your shop is very impressive - your members even more impressive. |
