Looks like Allen Harper, owner of American Heritage Railways, which operates the Great Smoky Mountains Railroad has teamed up with a venture capitalist and an amusement operator to strike a deal to buy Ghost Town in the Sky in Maggie Valley, North Carolina.http://www.smokymountainnews.com/issues ... _town.html
