| Post subject: | What happened to Whitewater Valley thread? |
There was a thread on RYPN back in late Novemeber, early December about the troubles Whitewater Valley was having with a shortline freight railroad--now the thread seems to have vanished? Does anyone know what happened to the thread? |

The track use matter has not been resolved and awaits an STB ruling. The shortline is still holding NYC 6894. Perhaps they think it will force us into signing a trackage use agreement (before the STB makes a ruling). We really have no idea what their plan is at this point.
