Post subject:  GGRM's biggest success

The Golden Gate Railroad Museum, having amassed a large collection of equipment and returned an SP Pacific to working order for a time, now faces possible eviction from its former Navy shipyard site. The group's greatest success, however, was not with full size equipment, but in returning this long-stored Cagney minature locomotive to operation. Lots of photos of it are found here:

Initially met with resistance from zoo officials, the little train is now considered a vital attraction and source of income. Check out the newspaper links on the page and note the positive press they got..
