| Post subject: | SF Cable Car Artifacts from pre 1984 |
Is there anyone here connected to the SF cable system or Muni? What happened to much of the decorative iron that used to be present in the street in the pre-rebuild infrastructure? There used to be cast iron plates in the ground with instructions such as "take rope" and "drop rope". Were these saved? |
