System Outtage

The database server which provides the Interchange was offline for 3 minutes, 17 seconds beginning at 8:17 am CST for addition of 4 GB more RAM. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

You needed to vacuum the computer room and unplugged us, didn't you?

I know it wasn't a coffee spill - that takes longer to fix ;)

Nah...I never vacuum the computer room....I LIKE dust kitties. They make great pets.

He is not deducting it from your bill, he is adding the cost of the Memory to your bill and adding the Labor of installing it too. Well I guess Erik can pay it out of Petty Cash. At least some people get paid around here.
