As if the loss of the Kinzua Viaduct isn't enough, now comes the news that the RR has voluntarily shut down account track conditions.

Although there is speculation locally that this is a ploy to get state/federal monies for track rehabilitation, as far as I'm concerned, stick a fork in 'em, unless someone else steps in to maintain service.
