http://www2.theclarionnews.com/General_News/49006.shtml As if the loss of the Kinzua Viaduct isn't enough, now comes the news that the RR has voluntarily shut down account track conditions. Although there is speculation locally that this is a ploy to get state/federal monies for track rehabilitation, as far as I'm concerned, stick a fork in 'em, unless someone else steps in to maintain service. |
