I thought Rypn patrons might be interested to know that I have penned a comprehensive article about the H.L. Broadbelt Collection of Baldwin Locomotive Works negatives at the Railroad Museum of PA. The new eight-page article appears in the December 2005 issue of The Milepost, the journal of the Friends of the RR Museum of Pa. It's everything you ever wanted to know about Baldwin's official photography. I also have an article in the works on the history of the Valley Forge Scenic RR slated for a historical society publication in the near future. |

Yes, how do we get a copy. Anything available on the net? I have a fair number of Broadbelt photos, and recently got involved in a discussion on trainorders.com about how the engines were prepped for the the photos. Is that covered? |
