Post subject:  Pershing in Rumania?

Some photos here of what is apparently a modified WWI Pershing 2-8-0, built by Baldwin, that was in excursion service in Rumania as late as 1999, and may still be:

The Resita museum looks to be in a park, the Sibiu museum appears to be at a roundhouse. The exhibits look as tired as many of ours here in the US, but there are numerous late-90s photos of active excursion steam also, so it seems there are active examples of most of the types exhibited.
