Was this diner built by the same company that built streetcars?

Bob,

They have the name wrong, it is probably a Kullman diner.

http://www.kullman.com/

They only ever made dinner from scratch, not from railroad cars. They also make many other per-fab buildings. The facility in Lebanon, NJ is located next to the CNJ mainline, but they don't get any shipments by rail. They are / were in some financial trouble recently too, not sure if that has been resolved yet.
